Information Design:
Structuring Complex Narratives
Editorial Layout, Information Design, Print Ephemera
Role: Lead Editorial Designer
Deliverables: Multi-page Reports, Institutional Magazines, Brochures,
Event Ephemera, Public Information Pamphlets
This collection of editorial and layout design demonstrates a rigorous approach to typography, visual hierarchy, and information architecture. Spanning across institutional publications, analytical reports, and public-facing print ephemera.
Dammru Vaani
(The 46-Page Analytical Report)
The Concept: DammruVaani consults on complex Vedic occult sciences (Jyotish, gemology). They required a comprehensive, multi-page report template that could house dense, highly technical planetary data without overwhelming the reader or looking like a standard corporate document.
The Execution: * Minimalist Mysticism: Built a strict, modern grid system that utilizes vast amounts of negative space, allowing the dense text to breathe.
Visual Pacing: Replaced standard bullet points and charts with complex, minimalist visual geometry. By using high-end editorial formatting, the 46-page manual elevates ancient spiritual data into a premium, contemporary reading experience.

Gujarat University
(Institutional Publications)
The Concept: As part of a larger institutional rebrand, Gujarat University required the design of multi-page brochures, university magazines, and academic booklets. The challenge was managing massive volumes of copy while maintaining a modern, engaging layout that appealed to students and faculty alike.
The Execution:
Structured Heritage: Developed a highly flexible editorial grid that easily accommodated English and regional typography.
Visual Rhythm: Balanced heavy blocks of academic text with pull quotes, bold color-blocked pages using the university's earthy color palette, and strategically placed traditional architectural motifs to create a dynamic, highly scannable reading rhythm.

Information Layout & Promotional Ephemera
The Concept: A collection of high-impact posters, pamphlets, and event invites designed for various sectors, including independent arts and cultural programming, the Shiv Shakti Vaastu consultancy, and public-service formatting for an Aadhaar Centre.
The Execution:
Public Service Clarity (Aadhaar Centre): For the Aadhaar Centre materials, the focus was entirely on accessibility and rapid information absorption. Utilized simple, highly legible typography and clean vector illustrations to guide the viewer’s eye through procedural steps, ensuring the design was inclusive and easy to understand for the general public.
Cultural & Event Ephemera: For Shiv Shakti, DammruVaani, and independent classical dance and drawing events, the layouts were designed to provoke curiosity. Blended custom, simple illustrations with bold typographic hierarchy to create pamphlets and invites that functioned both as clear informational tools and collectible pieces of art.
